Villa is designed and build to fulfill needs of bigger groups or a big families who need more space for their love ones. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem.
