Spacious and sunny 4* 55m2 apartment in heart of Rijeka, and quiet to sleep. We are also pet friendly :) About the parking : New city parking garage (Zagrad B) is beside the apartment where you can safely park your car. The price is 80cent per hour from 7am-6pm and from 6pm- 7am 40cent per hour, you can also buy daily, weekly, monthly ticket. On weekend's the city parking Gomila Square is free of charge from Saturday 2pm till Monday 7am. There is also free parking 2km away from the apt.

Villa Martina is part of whole Villa Bellevue, however it is completely separate house with it's own spaces. House has a private parking enclosed with automatic driveway gate and house wall. Private garden consists of outdoor BBQ, playground for children and unique dog house for pets. It is situated in the heart of a typical Mediterranean town, right next to the medieval castle and a church, on the ground floor of a 130-year-old building. 80 cm thick walls protect you from heat and cold, and new doors and windows from the sound of church bells. The sea and the center are 5 minutes by foot. There is good WIFI and smart TV with cable channels. Parking is public, free, nearby, and easy to acquire.

Bella Ciao apartman nalazi se u strogom centru grada, odmah pored kazališta. Studio apartman je u potkrovlju, prostran je, potpuno renoviran, sa svim potrebnim sadržajima (Wi-fi, Max TV, perilica suđa, perilica rublja) i prekrasnim pogledom na gradsku panoramu. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
