Daniel's house was an amazing place to stay, very quiet and secluded, perfect for a peaceful rest but also easy to get into the city if needed, we used the train from Södertälje. Daniel was very helpful throughout the trip. The islands and scenery in this area are fantastic. A very cosy, comfortable house to stay in.

We Stayed for the second Time and Had a Great Time with the Whole Family. A Perfect Place.

Me and my four girlfriends had a great stay at this home! With both hot tub, grill, and more amenities, it was difficult for us not to thrive. Nancy was helpful and always responded quickly if there was anything we were wondering about. Highly recommended to rent this!

Gabriel’s place is top notch in every way! The location is beautiful, the space is clean and thoughtfully set up and Gabriel was quick and easy to communicate with. The kitchen is very well equipped, there was nothing we missed the nights we cooked. The sauna was a highlight for us, easy to use and incredibly relaxing looking out on the water. There’s an attached room that you can sit in to cool down before going outside as well which we loved, we brought wine down and books and hung out for a bit. We used the wood fired hot tub once and it was very nice but ended up preferring the ease of the sauna. This space is perfect for two people, plenty of room but you get to utilize all spaces which we loved. It was easy and fun to travel to Stockholm from there as well. Train was only about a half hour ride. Gabriel does an in person check in to show everything and there was a checkout upon departure as well. This air bnb is so dreamy and we truly hope we can return.

We had a wonderful stay at Erik's amazing house. Lake view, home remnants, everything you needed was available: in the kitchen, toys for the kids, close to swimming and forest as well as larger beach for warmer days. Very happy with our stay, and would love to come back!

We had a great time at Lena's place. Very peaceful, beautiful surroundings, lots of walks to do and places to visit, and also very comfortable at home - which is nice when the weather is not as good as it can be. During our three weeks stay we experienced some rainy days, but never a dull moment here. There are lots of nice walking trails to start from your door step and the joyful restaurants of Trosa are just ten minutes away. The house itself offers all you need and perfectly matches the description. It's even more spacious than the pictures can show you. Robert helped us out with a small problem with the dish washer: it was fixed immediately. Communication in English was perfect. This was our first visit to Sweden and we look back at a wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Daan

It was lovely and tidy house. Karin is super helpful and made the stay extra wonderful.

It was a perfect vacation! The amenities of the house are of very high quality, individual, tasteful and modern. Wi-Fi throughout the house, including the outdoor area. The size of the house and architecture leaves nothing to be desired. We enjoyed the lake view and beautiful sunsets. The conservatory at the jetty also had a special charm. Kayaking on the calm untouched lake was a nice sporting activity. The furniture and decoration in all rooms and patio furniture were new to luxurious. The view from the hot tub over the lake is priceless! Magnus responds to every message in the shortest possible time. We were able to charge our car for free on the two parking spaces including Wallbox. Stockholm is easily accessible in just 30 minutes by car. We can recommend this house without reservation and with conviction. Thanks to Pia and Magnus for this great time!!!

Ellenor's house is located outside the small village of Ekerö, just 40 minutes (approx.) by car to Stockholm (if you want, there is a nice boat from Ekerö that goes to the city centre). The house is clean, and has everything you need for a cozy stay: a well equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, a large deck terrace, a well kept garden, where our little dog Lina loved to run free. We were two couple of friends and we really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the walks in the area (200m. there's the lake) and the dinners on the deck terrace. If you love Stockholm but you prefer to live in the nature not so far from the city, this is the place to stay. Ellenor is a good host and she is always available in case of need.

We had an unforgettable time in Wendela and Peter’s magnificent house, beautifully designed with stunning architecture. Nestled in the heart of the forest, it offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle, yet it’s only 45 minutes from Stockholm. The setting is peaceful, rejuvenating… a real delight! Wendela and Peter are exceptional hosts: highly responsive, always available, and incredibly kind. They thought of everything to make our stay perfect, leaving us thoughtful treats and local specialties to discover. The house was impeccably clean, which made settling in even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an exceptional place that combines nature, comfort, and perfect hospitality, look no further—this is the place to be! Jens and Caroline are really top hosts. What a wonderful time we had in their home. The house has all the comforts and has plenty of space! The garden is a dream. A nice playhouse and trampoline for the children, but above all the swimming pool (and adjacent sauna) are great. The kids played in the pool for hours. Truly a gift! We ended up just leaving for a trip to Stockholm. The direct connection there (with public transportation) is great! But the house was so nice, we didn't have to leave. Our kids said, "we do understand that this is their dream home!"

Our family of 3 had a wonderful week. The house is quiet, spacious, and beautiful. Lake Mälaren was just a couple of minutes walk from the door. Our 9 year-old enjoyed the trampoline in the back garden, braving a swim from the private jetty, and regularly seeing deer and horses nearby. We also enjoyed the guitar, because we could play it outside with nobody close enough to be annoyed by it! For somewhere that feels remote, it was easy to drive to Stockholm (1 hour). There’s an old steamboat that picks up from another jetty less than 10 minutes walk from the house, which took us to the pretty town of Mariefred. We also had an afternoon in a canoe on another lake, about 40 mins away, which we’d highly recommend. (Search 'kanotkungen sedan 1975'.) Jennifer was the perfect host — generous and excellent at communication. She met us on arrival, showed us around the house, and shared lots of great tips for places to visit, things to do, and where to get great cakes and food.
