Nice apartment in a quiet location. Parking spaces are available. The building is quiet and peaceful. Tsveti is a great host, gave us clear instructions on the location and check in. Apartment is big enough and comfortable for 4-5 people.

The apartment is fantastic - it's very spacious, has multiple terraces, and offers a great view. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We found everything we needed in the apartment, and there was a big grocery store just a 2-minute walk away. The check-in and check-out processes are very easy, and the host, Eli, is very helpful and always responsive. Highly recommended!

Mamir’s cozy studio is definitely a gem!! It is located in the heart of Sofia’s center, peaceful, and with an excellent terrace view. Mamir is also an excellent host!! Whenever I’m back in Sofia, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Very recommended stay in Sofía! The apartment has everything you need to spend a few wonderful days in Bulgaria. The location is great, as there are supermarkets nearby, restaurants, public transport... and you can walk downtown in less than 10 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond, which is greatly appreciated.

Perfect place, perfect host! This was exactly what we were looking for – a peaceful retreat close enough to Sofia, yet surrounded by wild, untouched nature. The sound of the stream by the house and the remote, quiet setting were magical. We love good food, morning runs, and road trips – and this spot was ideal. Nearby restaurants and a local supermarket made everything convenient. The apartment is beautifully equipped: two kitchens, great coffee, a cozy shower, relaxing patio and garden. And Hadas? An exceptional host – always available, incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to her we had amazing hikes, great food, and a perfectly planned trip. Highly recommended!

I stayed with Laura and Koci for 2 months to write my book - and it got done! This place is great if you want to have few modern-life distractions. During the week you are completely isolated in the mountains, and beautiful walks are on your doorstep. The dogs are very friendly and keep you company in the week, they do like attention! There were occasional irregularities with the services - water, electric, internet etc. - this is part of BG countryside, and the hosts did everything they could to sort it out. At the weekends, the family return and it is a buzzing hive of Bulgarian country life activity - so perhaps more like a room share in a larger family house. You can travel to the local town on public transport for food etc. - I did the whole 2months without a car and was fine, the village has the basics and the people in the village are very friendly to foreigners. My partner stayed occasionally, both the hosts and the village are LGBTQ+ friendly. Laura and Koci did everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed to write my book. Laura is super friendly and checks in regularly that all is good. I would easily recommend this stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet on the foot of the mountains....possibly to write a book...

Absolutely amazing experience.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. There's AC (in the bedroom) and a washing machine. The TV is awesome. The apartment is very close to the city center. We also got some great recommendations from Georgi about local restaurants. The parking is by the street. The building is a bit old, but the neighborhood is very quiet.

It was the cleanest house between the houses I have stayed in so far, from the bed to the towels. There was everything needed, the kitchen was extremely clean and all kinds of tools and glasses for cooking were clean and sufficient. There was not only a hair dryer, and it was stated that the house was fully equipped in every way. It is a little far from the center of the neighborhood, but we chose it on purpose because there is a parking space. We stayed very comfortably as 2 adults and 2 children

The host and the place were amaizing! Super quiet and peaceful house, the only thing you hear is the bird's song. Definitely will visit again!

Nikolay is an excellent host, responsive and caring for his guests, including kind presents upon arrival. Guidance and instructions perfect. The appartment is very well organised, lots of closets and drawers to keep the appartment tidy during your family stay. Many amenities up to washing machine, super quality hair dryer, spa shower, large fridge and good cooking facilities. Heating and isolation excellent. The residence Flora is well located, close walking distance from Gondola and 6man. Spa and pool available for a fee. Two great shops at the ground floor of Flora: 1- ollie molly is a great option for ski rental, lessons, caring, new and quality equipment. 2- Balkan PMS Travel Airport transfer. high recommend the location and the host for an enjoyble stay at Borovets.

very good neighborhood, near flat there is big supermarket, some restaurants, there is possibility free parking in front of building. price and possibilities ratio is high.
