This is a new residence completed in February 2021. It is a 30-second walk to Sokcho Beach, and has a 7th floor ocean view with a view of the sea. Nearby express bus terminal, E-Mart, Famous sashimi restaurants and pretty coffee shops are nearby, making it the best place to stay for a trip to Sokcho.
