A very nice and clean place to stay, with a large garden and beautiful terrace.

The communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

Amazing calm place great to Hike!

We were 2 families and had some good time in this lovely place. Cozy kitchen and plenty of storage space for ski gear. The sound of the creek was very relaxing😊

Nice house in a very quiet area. Good location if you plan to do some trips around the region. Easy communication with the owners.

The ski resorts are quite quick to reach by car (approx. 15 min). In the village itself, however, there is not much going on and you cannot do much. The apartment is well equipped and corresponds to the pictures. Ideal place to stay for a week (ski) vacation with friends.

Great place to stay for our ski holiday as a friend – spacious, cozy, clean and only 20 minutes by car from Klínovec ski resort. The communication with Marie was super straightforward, she always responded quickly. Only note: There is no oven, which we unfortunately did not notice before. Definitely a clear recommendation for large groups!

Very pleasant apartment, which remained pleasantly cool even in the hot summer. For us, the location was ideal, as on the one hand we could comfortably walk to the sports facilities where we trained and on the other hand we could quickly walk to the center of Karlovy Vrays. The Penny right next door made shopping very easy. If our course is back in Karlovy Vary in two years, I would definitely try to get this apartment again. 🙂

Location is very central, everything is within walking distance (shopping, food markets, various restaurants), attractions within walking distance, on average within 15 minutes Host very friendly, communication was very easy and fast Accommodation was as described and as in the photos, amenities were everything you needed available We felt very comfortable, highly recommended, also ideal for short stays

Ludvik’s place is very very worth for the price. Ludvik was helpful in communication and we had a smooth check-in, great dinner from a restaurant that Ludvik recommended (1 minute walk from the accommodation) and also loved the town Horni Slavkov. Thank you Ludvik :)

The apartment keeps what it promises and the landlady is very friendly and caring. The associated parking space in an underground car park is easy to reach. Great!
