With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment "Oberköbenhof Tal" in Laces/Latsch is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 25 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, heating as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The property offers a private balcony and a shared open terrace. A parking space is available on the property.

The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Grün”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, right next to a small stream - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before you crawl under the cozy blanket in the mill.
