All Comfort Apartment, No premium card is included at this apartment price (Use of the Leisure Arena) A tourist tax of €5 per person per night is charged on site in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. You can book breakfast on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free of charge.

The holiday apartment "Bens Auszeit Top 5" in Umhausen is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of the Alps. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can accommodate 5 people. Our house is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture and a fantastic view over the mountains. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place or in the sauna in the basement. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few mins.
