The accommodation was very welcoming, very well equipped and perfectly located in the charming little village of Le Broc. The view from the accommodation is amazing and its location allows a quiet stay while remaining close to amenities. Tina and her husband were lovely during our stay at their wonderful little apartment and we thank them for that.

I rented for a month-long stay, it's very pretty and pleasant. Ideal for a weekend in the area, however it is not very suitable for long stays as there is no kitchen per se. The host is very welcoming.

After a 2-month stay, everything went very well. Mathieu was available and attentive. He trusted us to lend us the space for a long time. It is perfectly equipped, we can accommodate up to 4 people without problem. The bathroom is great, the bedroom too. Nothing to say! I recommend it ☺️

In search of a place that can accommodate the family for a return to the roots, we were delighted to be able to benefit from this quiet property, very clean and well arranged. The very quiet place and very close to Issoire allowed us both to recharge and enjoy the activities whether on one side towards Clermont and on the other towards the mountain, not to mention that from Perrier there are beautiful walks available to you. The hosts were very responsive to our questions which only made us feel confident in the idea… that we will be back! Thank you for everything.
