I stayed with Sandra and Peter for 10 weeks for professional reasons and had a great stay. The place was equipped with everything you need, clean and exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness and helpfulness of Sandra and Peter. They were always accommodating and made sure I didn't miss anything. And there were also fresh eggs from the chickens. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this place. Thank you for the good time!

If all hosts were like Johanna, then AirBnB would be perfect. Everything was super organized and proactive. I had forgotten my charger, but there were some provided directly, as well as a detailed dossier about opportunities in the area. Feel free to come back anytime!

We, a couple in their mid-60s, stayed with Carsten as part of church day. We felt totally comfortable. Carsten was always approachable and friendly. The apartment is tastefully decorated. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. After every busy day, we were happy to come back to this apartment and spent relaxing nights. The bathroom is cramped but very clean and equipped with everything. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is wonderfully stylish and furnished with the element of wood, the Saartje Prum crib is a hit for the kids, in the kitchen you will really find all the details, the bathroom is very well equipped, the living room is wonderfully cozy, and the view from the terrace is fabulous! It was a pleasure to stay in the very friendly and practically furnished apartment, which is located in a lovingly restored half-timbered house. From the well-equipped kitchenette incl. Dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 hotplates and mini oven to the washing machine is available. There is no bed, but a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom with shower and shower curtain is functional and pleasantly designed. Everything was sparkling clean! The location is quiet and yet central, the spa park is right next door. Just around the corner - highly recommended - "Motz on the river" with delicious and creative cuisine. Other cafes and restaurants are also a few minutes' walk away. Free parking is also only a few minutes' walk away. Communication with Cornelia was very kind and relaxed. There is nothing to complain about, thank you and our best recommendations.

I spent six very nice weeks with Ulrike and Ulrich and felt completely comfortable. The two hosts were super friendly and always easily accessible. The apartment is clean and cozy, the surroundings pleasantly quiet. A great stay for me.

We had a wonderful weekend together in the apartment. The location in the middle of nature is wonderfully quiet – just right for relaxing. We particularly liked the cozy balcony and the private sauna – ideal for a few relaxing hours for two. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. Helga is a wonderful hostess… a warm welcome on the day of arrival… Helga was always available… the apartment was really beautiful for me, she had everything you need to cook something yourself… super central location in Höxter, you are immediately in the city center, not far is the beautiful Weser where you can go for a walk or go on bike tours… A clear recommendation for Helga and her apartment!!! I'd love to come back!!!

My stay was really pleasant. Since I travel a lot for work, a local apartment is very important to me and this is just top. There is absolutely nothing to fault the hostess and the apartment is a smooth 12/10

We had a lovely stay. With a lot of peace and quiet to just slow down. The place matches the pictures , we didn't lack anything. Maybe a screen would be attached to the hot tub to the terrace:) We would have felt even more comfortable with that. But that's complaining to a high standard. We definitely recommend Andre's place.

Very nice accommodation in a fantastic location to treat yourself to a small quiet break - everything clean, very good accessibility of the host, clear instructions and plenty of shopping nearby.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and will definitely come back again. A big plus is the spa area belonging to the hotel, which can be used.

The property and the hosts completely convinced us. The views are great and the rooms very well equipped. For those arriving by four-wheel drive, please note the access is extremely steep and narrow. It's best to check back with the hosts before they arrive. If you're upstairs, you'll love the place.

It felt like an Ibiza vacation. The outdoor area can really not be exceeded and everything is very stylishly furnished inside. Thomas was super friendly and if you had a concern, you could always write to him. Oven and dishwasher would have been optional quite practical but definitely does not affect our review, because otherwise everything was a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

Very cozy, fully equipped house near multiple hiking trails. We loved the location since it is convenient for getting out with the dogs. The sauna and jacuzzi were great plus and the water bed was also comfortable. Would love to be back.
