Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Welcome to our cosy and modern annexe in a quiet residential area in Solrød. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and relaxation, while staying close to both the lovely sandy beach and Copenhagen. The annex has its own entrance, its own parking space, a bathroom and a cosy living room, which is perfect for both weekend stays and longer stays. There is bed linen, towels, shampoo, etc., so you can travel light and simply enjoy your holiday. There is a well-equipped kitchen area with a fridge and sink.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).
