New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Welcome to our cozy wooden hut, built from recycled materials - 6.2 m above the ground. The cottage overlooks the fields, is insulated, has electricity, heating, a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that becomes a small double bed. Enjoy the two terraces and running water in the treetop and toilet with sink below the cabin. Optional extras: Breakfast (175 kr/2 pers.) - wilderness bath (350 kr) or one of our 2 outdoor 'escape rooms' (150 kr/ children, 200 kr/ adults). Calendar opens continuously!

Annex adjacent to the house, but with its own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearest S-train, and 22 minutes by train to Copenhagen. One room with sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded) and television and one with kitchenette, dining table and small sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded). Small toilet/bathroom with hand shower connected to the sink and drain in the floor. See picture.
