College Hill Cottage is located on College Hill, on the scenic, historic site of Weethee Academy in the heart of the Appalachian region of Ohio. Just 15 miles from Athens, Ohio, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the private, spacious yard relaxing on the large front deck, or the side porch. Hello and welcome to our little neck of the woods in the Hocking Hills. Our Family has devoted so much into this beautiful modern A-frame cabin that is located on our Family Farm. The cabin was built on a base of a hillside that overlooks a beautiful creek that crosses our land, and also overlooks a beautiful 20 acre meadow, that the local wildlife love to enjoy. We hope to provide a space where you can come and unwind and, take in all the natural beauty that the Hocking Hills has to offer.

Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

The Kennedy Cabin, Est. 7/7/77

"Salvaged in Ohio", this extraordinary cabin is located in the quaint village of Rushville, Ohio. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown events are in nearby Lancaster. Hike in the Hocking Hills, check out nearby historical sites, then relax and rejuvenate at the cabin. Rushville is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Featured in the 1991 Fine Home Building magazine, the Kennedy Cabin is built with 90% salvaged local materials. Note: This property is smoke free, no smoking.

Route 60 Getaway is at 5226 N St Rt 60 NW, McConnelsville. Located along State Route 60, 2 miles north of McConnelsville. It is located above our families landscaping business. It is not in a secluded area (due to businesses nearby) however, you will not be disturbed!! You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! There is currently a guest in the apartment below the house. However you will not be disturbed and their are no shared spaces outside!

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. The Ledges Cabin is a luxury stay that sits on 35 wooded acres filled with sandstone cliffs, caves, flora, and fauna. It has three bedrooms and a pull out couch, a full kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and massive windows with a great view of the Ledges. It also has an eight-seat hot tub, a large deck, firepit, plenty of hiking with beautiful rock outcroppings, and a creek that runs through the middle of the property.
