Hi, we are Lena & Marcel, and we cordially invite you to relax with the whole family in this accommodation. Our apartment is quietly and comfortably located on the outskirts. Enjoy the modern bathroom, walk-in shower, as well as the bright fully equipped kitchen. The large living room invites you to relax on the couch with Netflix & Xbox. Here you can access the bedroom through the wing door, which gives the room light! On the terrace you can relax by the fire! The fireplace is just decoration!

Start your bike tour directly from the front door. Between the air spa of Xanten, the city of Geldern and the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer lies the small town of Kapellen an der Fleuth. The Dutch border is also not far away for excursions. There is a small corner store which - just like the bakery and the post office - is within walking distance. There is also an Italian restaurant and a snack bar in the village. There is a small weekly market once a week.

The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

Our lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance offers you with an area of 70 square meters (divided into living/sleeping/dining and bathroom) and a sun-drenched balcony enough space for a relaxing vacation - the wooden construction ensures a healthy feel-good climate. Visit the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer or discover the Maasduinen recreational area. Weeze Airport is also close by and we offer an airport shuttle on request.

Forget your stress and enjoy life in the countryside here on the Lower Rhine. We have tried to create a cozy and comfortable setting and hope that you will have a wonderful vacation here. Close to the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer as well as Xanten and Geldern, we live extremely centrally with the immediate highway connection A57 (1 km) and the proximity to the Netherlands.
