Enjoy the modern bathroom, walk-in shower, as well as the bright fully equipped kitchen. The large living room invites you to relax on the couch with Netflix & Xbox. Here you can access the bedroom through the wing door, which gives the room light! On the terrace you can relax by the fire! The fireplace is just decoration!

Das Appartement besteht aus einem Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa (mit durchgehender Matratze) sowie einem Schlafzimmer. -Smart-TV und Balkon. Im separaten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett und ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Dort ist auch ein heller, großer Schreibtisch vorhanden. Dort kann auch die 5 Person auf dem Extrabett schlafen. Die Betten sind bereits bezogen und Handtücher liegen bereit.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. The renovated accommodation is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including floor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8x2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped(Senseo coffee machine). The bathroom with shower and hot tub invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for loading.

Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Start your bike tour directly from the front door. Between the air spa of Xanten, the city of Geldern and the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer lies the small town of Kapellen an der Fleuth. The Dutch border is also not far away for excursions. There is a small corner store which - just like the bakery and the post office - is within walking distance. There is also an Italian restaurant and a snack bar in the village. There is a small weekly market once a week.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

Our newly furnished apartment (40m2)is located on the 1st floor in our two-family house. Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
