Lynæs harbour is a fantastic bathing spot for year-round swimming, with surfing equipment rental, a private sauna, wonderful restaurants and ice cream. The house is gently renovated and decorated with respect for the age and history of the house.

This beautiful and spacious family villa apartment on 90 square meters with garden, are located close to the metro station, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from the inner city and close to the beach . The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three.
