Holiday rentals with lake access in Sorèze

Charles' house matched the listing and what we expected , there were 8 of us and the house is spacious . Helpful amenities for our stay . Easy to park ,( inside the garden). Quiet house. We had a lovely weekend at the house in Vernet to visit Toulouse and its surroundings . If you have to come to the area and you are a large family or like us several friends , feel free to stay with Charles who is a responsive and friendly host.

Halfway between Carcassonne and Narbonne, this house is ideally placed to visit the region. Very considerate host, well equipped and very clean accommodation. Beautiful decoration and appreciable equipment (mosquito net, air conditioning except the third bedroom) that make you feel at home.

The house is exactly what is detailed. Very good value for money. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to park. Very good location, 10 minutes drive from Carcasonne Castle. The house was cozy, everything we were looking for. Thank you very much for everything

Beautiful and large building perfectly renovated in a peaceful haven. Located in the countryside surrounded by mountains, in a dream environment for nature lovers. The interior of the house is large and perfectly arranged to allow everyone to have their privacy. Laurence and son.mari are friendly, welcoming and discreet. "A good rating " also to Muriel who welcomed us and was able to be available , kind and efficient. I would highly recommend this beautiful rental.

We had a very nice stay at Brigitte and Jacques's place which is well placed to discover the pretty villages and landscapes of this "Cathar country". The calm of the village allows you to fully enjoy this beautiful hilly nature, and it is a good premise before cruising one of the multiple hiking trails. Thanks to Brigitte and Jacques for their welcome.

We had a very nice stay. The house is cozy, with fireplace, and especially with children ideal – there are many games, puzzles and books. Even on a rainy day, we were able to keep the kids busy so well. Everything is lovingly decorated, there is plenty of space, a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. A special highlight of course was the fantastic view and an evening walk on the dirt roads that start right behind the house and where there are chickens, cows and donkeys to discover. Joëlle was an attentive host and provided us with many helpful excursion tips and addresses. Thank you – we would have liked to have stayed longer!

this is the second time we have come , we love the peace that is breathed in this place. sure there will be a third time! there is an incredible peace you hear the birds in the morning , it is a delight.

Dominique is a very pleasant, responsive and discreet host at the same time. The gite on the ground floor is functional, clear, well-equipped and very peaceful. The dreary weather during our stay did not allow us to fully enjoy the outdoors but it was good inside with a very nice underfloor heating. Well-located cottage to fully enjoy the lake nearby. Cozy and well-equipped house, with outdoor areas to enjoy the outdoors. We went with small children and they could swim, swing and move freely. The rural setting is nice and quiet. I will always remember this very special time at Maison Magnifique. The land, the home, the quietude of the natural surroundings...it all filled my soul and brought me such joy and peace. Guillaume was an incredible host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The only thing I didn't like about my visit was having to leave! Wonderful stay with family. The house is perfect for gathering with its multiple levels! Everyone finds their own little space. The garden and terrace are great for having a good time (meal/relaxation) and hosting pets (enclosed). I recommend it for relaxing (house in the heart of nature) and visiting (close to several villages and Carcassonne). However, it was missing some small items for the stay to be perfect (only 1 towel present, no dish soap, empty hand soap upstairs). So I recommend that future guests plan all the necessities. very nice independent cottage in a quiet and quiet place amid greenery and alongside our hosts Pascale and Michel who gave us a very good welcome and who was able to provide us with very good advice and attention to make our stay pleasant and to enjoy what to visit nearby, it is an ideal place to rest and visit the Albi region.

An exceptional stay! The gite is so well set up from the glorious setting and peaceful atmosphere to the fast wifi, underfloor heating, modern interior, large comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. It is a little hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful countryside and our hosts were beyond amenable and welcoming. Colin’s incredible art just creates a wonderful atmosphere. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in a long time! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely gite in Aragon.
