The cottage has a master bedroom with a double bed and a small table, fridge and wardrobe. A separate bedroom with cozy bunk bed and in the entrance there is a kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, kettle and accessories. A private fresh bathroom with shower in adjacent former school building, possibility to rent additional small cottage with 1.40 bed. Also outdoor shower and playhouse.

The house is located at the top of Hovenäset with a fantastic view over the sea, large balcony with sun from early morning to late afternoon and a glazed patio for the evening or protection from the sun. Many lovely hiking trails in the area. Fantastically nice surroundings and nature. Sotenäs Golf Course and several restaurants in the nearby area.

Very fresh and newly renovated year-round accommodation with proximity to hiking trails, sea and activities in beautiful Ramsvikslandet. Space for the family, friends or couples. 300m to the sea and the beach. Close to camping with shop, restaurant with rights and rentals of boats and fishing gear. A total of 4 beds in the cabin but the possibility to book 2 extra beds in a smaller sleeping cabin next to the accommodation for a fee. Bring your own sheets and towels. Here you can experience Smögen with a view of the water and Smögenbryggan in a house with most amenities. Perfect for 1-2 families, family parties or for a trip with friends.
