Très bien situé, à 2 pas du jardin des plantes, le bus F1 vous amènera en centre ville en 10 minutes. Il est près de toutes les commodités (supérettes, boulangerie, pharmacie...). Entrée privée, vous bénéficiez d’une petite terrasse. Le jardin est partagé. Vous serez séduit par le cardre verdoyant, le calme, et la sereinté du quartier. Le linge est fourni.
