Very well located, just a stone's throw from the Jardin des Plantes; the F1 bus will take you to the city center in 10 minutes. It is close to all amenities (convenience stores, bakery, pharmacy...). Private entrance; you have the use of a small terrace. The garden area is shared. You will be captivated by the lush greenery, the tranquility, and the peacefulness of the neighborhood.
