It's a family duplex used by our children during the university year. My spacious 3 bedroom flat has everything you need for your trip in Angers. On the first floor ( set above street level ), I'm offering one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining and living area, wifi and washer/dryer. And on the second, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 toilet and a bathroom Being at a walking distance of both the train station and the town center, it also has its own private parking spot.

Our cottage "La maison des Vendangeurs", located in the Loire Valley in the heart of Anjou, offers an ideal starting point for visiting castles, vineyards and all kinds of cultural, gastronomic and nature discoveries with family or friends. Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

The Rochambeau vineyard dates back to 1781 in the heart of the Aubance vineyard. This small pavilion created in the 19th century by the Master of the premises to play billiards has just been completely renovated and is ideally available to a couple. The Rochambeau pavilion has a main room with a living-dining room overlooking a large outdoor terrace. You will have an equipped kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom (view of the vineyard on all sides)

Gîte de l'Aubinière

Located in the countryside in a small hamlet. It is adjacent to our main house. Quiet, away from traffic, close to nature. On the ground floor: a living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen (without microwave because the hobs heat up quickly) a toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 190, another with double bed of 160 x 200, a bathroom. (Need to go through the room to access it). A large courtyard will allow you to park easily.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)

Nice little house in the vineyard of Anjou, close to the golf course of Angers. Located in the Loire Valley, it offers a perfect base for visiting castles and vineyards. Very quiet environment two kilometers from the center of Brissac Loire Aubance. "La société" was the community café of the hamlet of Orgigné in the last century. Terrace appreciated by opacarophiles, parking, wood stove.
