Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 200 m2 with private terrace.

The Rochambeau vineyard dates back to 1781 in the heart of the Aubance vineyard. This small pavilion created in the 19th century by the Master of the premises to play billiards has just been completely renovated and is ideally available to a couple. The Rochambeau pavilion has a main room with a living-dining room overlooking a large outdoor terrace. You will have an equipped kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom (view of the vineyard on all sides)

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Located in the countryside in a small hamlet. It is adjacent to our main house. Quiet, away from traffic, close to nature. On the ground floor: a living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with a microwave oven, and a toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190, another with a double bed of 160x200, a bathroom. (Need to go through the bedroom to access it). A large courtyard will allow you to park easily.
