The house is located in the upper area of the beautiful and charming village of Vilac, and with stunning views. A 2-story townhouse with a nice garden. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. On the ground floor is a spacious living-dining room with a kitchenette, with access to the 30-meter garden. It also has a toilet and laundry area. The house is carefully furnished. It has been recently renovated.

The kitchen is spacious and opens onto the living room with a very soft sofa and a cosy dining area. The office awaits you, the bedding is new, and the rooms overlook our inner courtyard, which is very intimate and quiet. (No car noise). Close to nature, lots of outings are possible, close to the A64!

Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
