Holiday rentals with lake access in South Yarra

Chris was very helpful and even offered to help out with transportation options ie gave our party his Ute to use for road trips as he felt sorry for us given the f1 was cancelled. The home was tidy and comfortable and is in an amazing spot for the F1. We hope to come back next year ! (COVID-19 free)

A delightful home, clean, tidy and well presented with nice little details such as welcome snacks and all the accessories you can think of. Lauren was easy to communicate with and helped return a couple of items to me that I accidentally left behind, for which I am very grateful! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

Amon Place was a pristine home located in a picturesque Melbourne suburb, surrounded by serene lakes. It looked exactly as shown in the pictures. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again.

We had two fantastic nights here and got ready for our wedding day on this gorgeous property! It felt like we were in a mansion, with so many great rooms and a totally seperate “man cave” area in the downstairs section!! We will never forget our time here. Great view of the city too and love the rooftop pool! Karen is so nice and responsive, friendly and helpful! Thank you xx

We found the whole experience of staying at Amy’s place really enjoyable. The place provided us with great opportunities- close to Smith st and train station Good food options nearby too

We had a great stay in this super cute cottage! Location is perfect with a short walk to trams, the beach, Albert Park and shops. It was very clean and well equipped and had the most awesome shower. The outdoor space was lovely too. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Simon and Rue’s and truly lived up to being a home away from home following our move from NZ to Melbourne. The set up and space was ample and comfortable with a lovely vibe. The kitchen having everything you needed, the bedrooms being great to unpack your stuff and the small sunny private back deck off the kitchen was great to spend time with your morning cuppa. It’s a peaceful street with Aldi and restaurants only a stroll away. We appreciated staying very much and would highly recommend as a base to stay when you are relocating.

We loved our stay here, great access to the things we wanted to do in St Kilda. Although pet friendly with a courtyard there was a sign asking not to let your pet toilet in the courtyard which was fair enough as it is fake grass however there wasn’t a place within easy access to take a dog needing to toilet. Luckily our fur baby is small and trained to go on potty pads. I would definitely stay here again.

I LOVED this Airbnb!!! For starters the location was perfect and took less than a minute to arrive coming off the freeway. Woolworths was only a minutes walk and lots of parking out the front of the Airbnb which was very helpful for check in and out. Amazing pool and gym facilities too! Apartment was super clean and had an awesome massive tv! Sarah even provided the sweetest care packages and complementary snacks. Don’t miss out on this place, highly recommend!!!!!

My stay at Pree’s place was fantastic! The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance or easily accessible by tram. The view is absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Melbourne. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Pree was a great host, super chill and easy to communicate with, offering great local recommendations. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Melbourne!

Rahul was an amazing host and to top it off the place was amazing as well. It felt like our own home and we didn't want to leave! We hope to stay here again in the future. Great location and have no complaints! If we needed anything Rahul was extremely responsive and was always happy to help!

Not the first time at Louise's place and again, not at all disappointed. Louise again was extremely communicative and affable, very helpful and very flexible, even offering flexible checkout time (not required this time but appreciated). The place itself is very well located right in the middle of the best part of Fitzroy St and straight across from Albert Park. A ton of room and very well provisioned (even personal welcome note and gift from Louise). It has every amenity you could want and the location makes transport and shopping, along with entertainment (pubs, restaurants) an easy 5 min walk anywhere (including to very accessible CBD public transport). The provision of private parking this time made it even easier. All in all, again a gem of a place with a fantastic hostess. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back (again).

I reached out to Jacqui as a film student of SAE searching for a location to film my final project for my degree. Jacqui was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming to myself and the crew. Allowing us to film on the property, and helping if we ever needed something. Beyond this the property was picturesque and serene. I myself stayed there for the entire duration outside of filming hours, and found the place very peaceful. Overall it was an amazing experience with a beautiful place to stay and an incredibly kind. generous host. I would recommend this property to anyone I know.

Wonderful facilities and very peaceful (we all slept like babies) and woke to enjoy your delicious eggs! You have a beautiful place. Such a shame that we were only there for one night. Jo was so helpful after our original airbnb booking fell through and we were stranded in Melbourne with no accommodation. Instantly she replied and we were comfy in her beautiful cottage. We will be back!

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend for some wine tasting and a hot air balloon ride. The cabin was really nice and felt so authentic. The atmosphere and environment was beautiful - the surrounding farm lands really added to the authenticity of the cabin experience as well as the well-kept antique furniture. The whole cabin reminded me of my late great aunt’s home back in South Carolina — pure nostalgia for me. The kitchen was super functional, the hot tub was great, the heated floors in the bathroom was an excellent touch, the single air-con was incredibly efficient in keeping the entire cabin cool in the summer heat but I would recommend bringing a personal fan just in case. Overall a fantastic experience, looking forward to staying again
