A spacious 360 sqft studio with a private entrance including self check-in, a kitchenette, & multifunctional area for working remotely. Fits up to four people (1 queen size bed, 1 sleeper sofa). Located 10 mins from Orlando international airport, 15- 20 minutes from theme parks. Major highways 5 minutes away. Please note on Saturdays from 6-8pm you might hear music playing from the main house.

The private home is in the Wellington sub-division in Southchase, Orlando, close to the intersection of SR417 (Greeneway)/Orange Blossom Trail and the Florida Turnpike. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world’s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby. We have a Super Target and a Costco within 2 mile radius. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand.

Convenient Townhouse

Single-story townhome. A small conservation area serves as a background to the back porch. There is one parking space right in front of the home. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport; 12 minutes from Gatorland, 25 from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios; and 1 hour from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. USTA campus 20 minute drive via 417. Eateries, grocery stores, and pharmacies are within a 5 minute drive. 1 room is used for storage (not shown)

Cozy Place in S. Orlando.

The apartment is located approximately 20 minutes away from the Theme Parks of the Orlando area. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 15 minutes away from the apartment. The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home, it is a garage converted to apartment It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet or 30.6 square meters. There is a WASHER, not a DRYER. The parking spot is located outside in the driveway.

This property is located in the on the right side of the family residence. Completely independent, with a parking space in the part frontal. it has air conditioning units, a large room with a Queen bed, a sofa bed. A 55 inch smart tv. Windows, bathroom and closet. Living room, kitchen, dinning room and coffee bar, among other things. An incredible place with a gazebo and a charcoal BBQ We have a laundry room and a Word table. Wonderful place for a happy stay
