Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Southeast Region

Our stay was great, the house is well located for those looking for contact with nature. It is between the waterfalls of the potion and the slide, you can reach by car or by walking (we take 10 minutes to the slide), it is quiet and worth the hike! The house has two large suites, the living room, kitchen and a wonderful balcony, served us super well (two couples and a puppy). Daniel was helpful and with great tips about the region. Sure to friends and hope to come back more often, we love Maromba, Maringá and Mauá rs

Emília is an excellent host! Always willing to help and very attentive, and all doubts are quickly resolved! The molezon site is amazing! Place to relax and enjoy nature, bird noise and time passing slowly! The house has everything we need to have a comfortable stay and it was impeccably clean! The only point that deserves attention is the road when entering Boa Esperança to the site, as the climb is very steep and car without being an SUV or 4x4 rises with difficulty if it is heavy, especially if it is after rain.

Lutz’s home is beautiful. I modern clean oasis in the middle of the most beautiful mountains. Simone the caretaker was wonderful! We will definitely come back!!!

Ricardo and Luciana were fantastic hosts and their space is wonderfully and carefully designed, in every detail. You feel like home indeed. Besides the space the hosts were great at sharing a list of very good restaurants, cafes and other right spots to visit as tourists. Me and my family had a great time at their place and I would definitely recommend!

Great stay. The house is clean, with all the utensils, bed linen and towels excellent. Quiet place, perfect to rest. Well-kept condominium, nice staff, wonderful pool. Friendly host, flexible with schedules, always responding to messages quickly. Anyway, we liked it very much.

The stay was amazing. The house has characteristics of a farmhouse with wide balcony, wood stove and fireplace and decoration, room with glass open and in the background, it is possible to observe a forest of araucaria. Lindo! We'll be back!

We loved spending the weekend in this place, the house was clean, in the kitchen there was everything we needed, hot water, warm blankets. I recommend the apt of Mr. Claudio. Very well located, covered space, you can walk to Capivari if you want. The apt is very well equipped with everything a family can need and with great space. Hot shower and hot taps. The village answered my late-night call to solve a problem which helped me a lot.

Hello, good afternoon. We were on the Carnival holiday of 2025. We were in 4 families, 10 people. The condominium is stunning, a tourist point of Campos do Jordao, all the time people taking pictures. The apartment is huge, as described. It had everything you can imagine of everyday utensils. In the kitchen, I had everything you need to eat. Water filter, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove. had washer and dryer, clothes dryers. cleaning utensils. the rooms complete with bedding, towels and heaters. tv, wi-fi. a complete apartment to stay. the host is a nice person and always asking questions. we were greeted by the condominium janitor, a friendly and helpful person. The only bad thing was having to leave. were wonderful days. the location is great, from going to the center of Capivari on foot.

The wonderful apartment,all very clean,cozy ,full kitchen. The only thing I missed was heaters in the rooms,the fireplace does not heat the whole apartment.

My friend and I really enjoyed the listing. Everything clean and organized. I particularly liked the single bed. The couple's village is a little hard(in my liking). A suggestion would be the use of black out curtains to lessen the clarity that bothers for those who sleep in the living room. Has a hammock to relax. A cozy space.

It's the second time I've stayed at Carlos's apartment, I can say it was another great weekend I spent with my family. I highlight the reception, the convenience of the apartment and the leisure that the condominium offers, is sensational. The location is excellent, close to the main sights of Campos.

wonderful week immersed in the lush forest, with the comfort of a very pleasant home and a heated pool. change of scenery and letting go guaranteed. ( beware of certain amenities such as outdoor locks that do not close, the sink in the downstairs bathroom that is not waterproof, the fire pit that is no longer relevant, or the cleaning of seaweed in the pool. ). We will come back because this spot is not far from unique!

It was a great stay, the space is perfect for the family with children, who had super fun and enjoyed it from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The layout of the house is a delight. The whole thing works and justifies the photos of the ad. Nos Attended super well. The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.
