The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . It is simple/traditional, functional. Modern chic is elsewhere. The following are available: fridge, kettle, toaster, two-burner cooker and cooking utensils. There is no TV (except from the beach to the sea).
