A historic Venetian house with sea view right in the heart of the Castro. The 800 year old house is located in the main village of the island “Chora “ and it is part of the Venetian Castle – called the Castro, located right on the edge of a high cliff, offering a breath-taking view of the Aegean from it’s two magic sea view verandas. An ideal place to stay as it is the heart of the Village – centrally located – and simultaneously a quite place to stay – as no cars can enter the Castro Area.

Kalesma - Mandrakia House

Kalesma is located in a small fishing village called Mandrakia on the north side of the island, near the famous "moonscape" beach of Sarakiniko, 4.4 km from the port of Milos and 8 km from Airport. Peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The house consists of one room with a double bed, a second room with a double bed and a sofa which becomes a single bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and two verandas with beautiful sea-views of the village of Mandrakia. When we acquired the Pura Vida Cave House it was a deserted Gem.. We immediately fell in love with the spot, on the top of a 300 meter cliff - nothing to block your sight but the end of the horizon. We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. The result is a Cycladic beauty, built into the rock, white as can be, to host a couple or a small family, in a fun and elegant environment!

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.
