Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Southern France

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David’s place. He had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the neighborhood is beautiful!! We loved being walking distance to the train station for an easy commute into Barcelona but also enjoying the quiet surroundings. David is incredibly friendly and hospitable, we are already ready to visit again!!

Fantastic place in Burgundy! Le Petit Chaudenas is in a bizarrely beautiful place where we have enjoyed the beautiful surroundings every second. The house is modernly decorated and everything you need is present. The pool was clean and large. Our 3 kids have used the ping pong table, basketball, swing and trampoline. Games are provided inside. From the picnic tables, the view over the mountains down the road is fantastic . Had wonderful days!

Françoise is very welcoming, very available, and gives good tips for visits and restaurants in the area. We had a very nice family weekend in its cottage which has a large court with games and jacuzzi, accessible village nearby.

We had an amazing stay at Sylvia’s villa! From the moment we booked, she was incredibly helpful and attentive, always quick to respond and full of great advice. She even took us to a shop to grab the first essentials (as we arrived during a bank holiday), and after a long day trip into Barcelona, she arranged our taxi for departure—something we hadn’t managed to sort ourselves. The villa was spotless and exceeded all expectations. It had everything we needed (and more), making it the perfect base for our girls’ holiday. With plenty of space for the six of us, we were able to fully relax and enjoy some real peace and quiet. The saltwater pool was a dream—especially for the chemical-free amongst us. It was the perfect, natural touch! And those sea views, enjoyed with either a morning brew or a mimosa in hand, were absolute perfection. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much, Sylvia, for being such a thoughtful and accommodating host!

We had a great time! The space was clean, well-equipped, and as described. The location is ideal, quiet. Martine was very welcoming, responsive. We highly recommend this place and will be back with pleasure.

The accommodation was very accessible, clean and with all amenities nearby. We recommend this listing which is in a quiet area, but relatively close to Lake Geneva. The host is very friendly and allows for self check-in.

We stayed here as a group of 8 whilst we were visiting Barcelona, and we were blown away by the house and the gardens. The house is huge and perfect for large groups with the multiple living areas, and the garden was beautiful. We really enjoyed spending our evenings here cooking and playing games, and we are already planning to return.

A fantastic getaway in an excellent apartment with wonderful roof terrace and great views! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything very clean, comfortable and modernly furnished, there was nothing missing. A very enchanting place, at the very top, quiet and yet in the middle of it. Great eateries, bars, shopping and much more who knows Sitges knows how unbeatable this location is. It's difficult with the parking spaces, but this has been stated. Nevertheless, with about a 10-15 minute walk across the promenade, we found free parking in the upper streets. Communication with Bon Habitat was always prompt, check-in uncomplicated, key box easy to find on foot. À la bonne heure!

The two of us stayed in the apartment for a week and were extremely satisfied with everything! The location is great - easy to reach by public transport, supermarket right around the corner. The apartment corresponded to the description - everything was great!

Excellent stay. The cottage is spacious, very well equipped, private. A little extra with access to the BBQ and sunny terrace. Damien and Idéname are very welcoming, available, and flexible on checkout time, which is nice. Good location, quiet, close to shops, a perfect place to discover the pool. Top!

Eloy & Maria's apartment was well appointed. It was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had all the essentials plus many more goodies. Tea, coffee pods. They went out of the way and also surprised us with milk, juice, beer and cookies. They were very responsive and showed flexibility with our late arrival. Carmen the housekeeper was sweet and waited for us to check-us in. I would highly recommend this apartment which is in a great location. Easy access to San Antoni train station. 2 or 3 day train and buss pass for Euros 17.5 came in handy. We could go anywhere using this pass. We also took the Aerobus to the airport which was much cheaper than taxi. Would highly recommend the La Contesa bar across the street. Bera makes some amazing drinks! Overall a fantastic experience.

Our stay at the place was great. The apartment is very nice, clean and well-equipped. The host is very friendly.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Warm and helpful hostess. Everything in the apartment makes you want to stay there and you can feel the love of the owner for these occupants. This goes through flexible hours, the 50-page book handmade on all the activities around, small extras of comfort or even essentials like a toaster or sanitary tampons in case of forgetting. We feel the generosity and kindness in these little things. Really try and start again. Again, thank you for this vacation.

This studio is fantastic. Large, super clean and comfortable. Very quiet. My husband was ready to move in! Lots of little touches to make life convenient like oil and vinegar at the ready. The location is super although it took us a day to figure it out. The parking spot is a great advantage. Leave the car (parking in town is super expensive) and walk down or take the bus or funicular. Grocery store also close by. Love the town which is also a great base to use to visit Geneva, Lausanne, Bern and many other places. Plus it is easy to spend 2-3 days exploring Fribourg. We would definitely come back and would rent this place again. We loved it!

Our stay was very pleasant. It is very well located close to the Parc de la Méditerranée, the Bois de la Coudoulière, and a superb small cove. We were able to enjoy a lovely terrace. I keep this address and will definitely stay there again.
