Cottage holiday rentals in Space Coast

This was the perfect vacation beach house complete with a pool and hot tub! Best stay we have had in our favorite neighborhood! We would like to come back and highly recommend this house for a stay!

Great place, great value. Felt right at home and the setup is functionally quite private. You’re right on top of the beach and can hear the waves but the sand and scrub rises just high enough that the back yard area remains private and isn’t directly visible from the public beach itself. Best of both worlds for sure! The elevated deck was a favorite spot to sit in the evening and the house had all the amenities to make this into our beach home away from home for a week. Our 18 month old loved the house too. Any rocket launches would be visible from the house itself or the beach beyond. We opted to make the short drive to Kennedy Space Center to halve the distance to the launch pad, and saw a rocket launch while we were in town. Now that I’ve seen one closer up I’d happily watch from the house next time. Good chance we’ll be back!

Cute and serene place to stay! Only a small walk from the beach and there are paths in the neighborhood to bike to close by restaurants and pier. We loved staying here and would come again!

We had a wonderful family stay at Christopher's place. We have been traveling to Vero Beach for several years now and love the beaches and local charm. The unit is private, well maintained, and in peaceful surroundings. The bedrooms are upstairs and common area down. This property is in a development with 24 hour gate security. Christopher was available for any questions but we didn't have any issues. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at the cottages! The highlight was of course the location. We were a short walk to a peaceful beach. The place was clean and stocked with lots of extras like tooth brushes, snacks, and toiletries. The towels and beach gear was great as we didn’t need to worry about getting any. Only downer is check in isn’t until 4pm so if you want to visit the beach prior you have to pay for parking. Would definitely visit again!

The place was so beautiful. Seen a little cute Lizard native to the area running around their beautiful flowers. Clean and accommodating to many needs. Lots of game boards too!

Our stay was perfect! It’s a quick walk to a beach that felt so private and cozy! The beach allows leashed dogs, but since there wasn’t many people around, we were able to let our pups enjoy themselves off of the leash for stretches of time! The locals are so kind, too. We watched the sunrise one morning on the beach, but there is a perfect sunset view just a brief drive away! We found a little beach fishing area for the sunset when we were on our way to the nearest Walmart/Publix! It’s a stunning, wide skied, beachside view of the sunset. Gorgeous! Not to mention our place was perfect, we loved the pool too and very much appreciated the fenced in yard for the pups! The host was kind enough to leave a little note with treats for our babies, by that we mean our pups lol! We loved the beds and enjoyed the TV’s in each room, so easy to relax and unwind anywhere in the house. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a perfect, amazing stay!

An absolutely fantastic place to stay! The house is beautiful and provides the comforts of home. The hosts are responsive and very friendly. The town has everything that you would need! I would stay here again if I ever go back and would recommend it to everyone!

This little place is exactly as the description read. It is a perfect and peaceful slice of heaven and more than we expected. Pam is an excellent host and was available to answer any questions that we had, as well as giving great recommendations on local restaurants. This will be our go to place, if available, when we’re in the area.

Great location. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Close enough to any activity and service you could want and far enough away to settle in and work without being disturbed. Can't go wrong with this choice.

I was in town for business and if you are staying in the central Florida area great spot . Lots to do 20 min to the beach it was a beautiful home in a quiet area. Thanks Lorena for the stay.

Super peaceful and clean neighborhood with lots of beautiful trees. The house was clean and has everything you need. Pedro was thorough and communicative

The place was very clean. I forgot to bring shampoo and she had shampoo there and conditioner ,extra towels. The place was next to the beach one block away. I asked her for some recommendations and she was there answering my text, even after I had left her place .. it was located perfectly a few minutes away from everything we needed thank you, Leanne.

This is the best air bnb I have stayed at. The amenities were amazing (coffee pods, snacks, water, tea…). The layout is perfect for a family and there are more than enough extra towels and blankets for everyone. The street is quiet and the house is walkable to anything you need with Publix a quick drive away. I would absolutely stay here again and this is well worth the price. Leah was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with.

Leigh Ann was a great host and responded very quickly. It was very clean, cozy and a great location. We will definitely stay again, hopefully very soon! PS… Our dog LOVED the treats she left!
