Habitació espaiosa amb zona estar, cuina i bany privat. A planta baixa i amb jardí. Espai totalment independent amb porta privada, adosat a la casa on vivim. Situat a una zona residencial molt tranquil·la, però molt cèntrica, a només 5 minuts a peu del centre històric, per visitar, comprar... Disposa de tot el necessari per la cuina, a més de rentadora, televisió, sofà estar, i taula exterior per gaudir del jardí. Superb modern private suite in our villa in a quiet residential area close to bustling Denia & the beaches. Our guests love their large partially covered private terrace with amazing mountain views for outside dining, sunset drinks & relaxing in the sun or the shade. Finished to a high standard, with a king double bedroom & a separate sitting room. The luxurious bathroom has large walk-in shower & there is a fully equipped kitchen. As avid cyclists ourselves, our speciality is hosting cyclists.

There is free parking in front of the local train station. Situated 10 minutes from lovely local beaches, there are also plenty of great restaurants nearby to discover. It is a 30 minute drive to the Nature Reserve of Montseny and 45 minutes to the Costa Brava. This apartment is better enjoyable by using your own vehicle.
