Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a small child. In the living/sleeping area, there is a large double bed and a large sofa bed, and there is a single bed in the second room. Numerous cycle paths and the Franconian Lake District are in the immediate vicinity, as is the train, which takes you to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Pets only on request.

We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
