Enjoy a small, but polished bungalow built in the 1930s. 2 bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, fenced private yard, and great location to all things racing and Indy! 5 Short miles to downtown and a 15 minute drive to the convention center. 1 dog is welcome! R Cadillac Ranch

Built in the late 50's by the Electrical Inspector of Speedway, Charles T. Renie and wife Margie raised 9 children in this classic Speedway brick ranch. This home has remained in the family and much of the historic charm is still present. Recent updates include granite countertops, new appliances, flooring, and fresh paint. The home is located 1.5 miles from IMS and has easy access to the B&O walking trail leading to Main Street in downtown Speedway. (bikes included)

Hop on a scooter or Uber, and in just minutes, you are at Lucas Oil Stadium, The Convention Center, and Downtown Indianapolis. Indianapolis Motor Speedway is about a 15 min Uber. Plenty of great Fountain Square Bars and Restaurants are anywhere from a 2-10 minute walk.
