The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Bright, quaint little apartment overlooking 'La Piazzetta' in the historic centre. It has a queen-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on a mezzanine, as well as a small sofa bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the kitchen (which is well-equipped). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those of large build; the staircase leading to the mezzanine is not a standard staircase (see images). The windows are thermally insulating. Climate control. Heating. Sheets not ironed ;)

Bright apartment in the initial part of the characteristic Via Indipendenza. Orchidea Gialla boasts an excellent location close to all amenities, bus stop and the sea can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Its two terraces and finishes make it one of a kind. The apartment is spread over two floors: on the second floor are the rooms and a bathroom, on the third floor the kitchen, a bathroom and access to the terraces. There is air conditioning and a dishwasher.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
