Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Great place to stay in Anzio!

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet countryside area, perfect for relaxing, and private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpaca, from which she obtains beautiful artisanal products

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Impeccable apartment, perfect location a stone's throw from Serapo beach. Alessia and Tania are very kind and super helpful. We arrived after a long trip with two small children and found all the comforts possible, which is not at all obvious

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Very clean house with the comforts indicated in the listing, located in a very quiet street. Davide is a very courteous host who is helpful and never intrusive. Excellent value for money

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

Wednesday, your place is all about detail. Every little thing is in the right place, and that combined with the nicest view and authentic garden made for a wonderful stay. When we return to Italy, we will make the detour to stay with you again.

We booked this villa for the Easter and Easter holidays, there were 12 of us, strategically located and breathtaking views. Go back with the opening of the pool. Antonio and Pasquale were very kind and helpful. A 5-star experience!

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Massimo's apartment is really nice. Very close to the Isola del Liri waterfall, inside the historic center. We were passing through but staying on the island is something to do, because the surroundings have so much to offer. Thanks for hosting!

Lovely home and very welcoming host.

I have rarely been surprised so positive by a place where I already had very high expectations. Michele, Clarissa's father, has made a real jewel. A manicured estate in every detail with a breathtaking view of the lake. A movie setting. Very clean and equipped with every comfort; when you arrive you find it already cooled with the air conditioner, Michele welcomes you with a toast to introduce yourself and in two seconds you are in paradise. The garden (which looks like a golf course) overlooks the lake where for guests there is a pedal boat from which to admire the nature around (woods, royal germs and herons) and the wonderful sunsets that color the water and the sky. The amount of services offered is endless. It is a location that is comfortably in the luxury category. Michele is a great landlord and a great cook.

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back

Our stay for more than 1 month was amazing! The house is huge, it has a piano and a game room with ping pong table that we used a lot! It has really nice bedrooms, living rooms and places to hang. The house was very clean and the owner insisted on cleaning the house ones a week to change sheets and cleaning the bathroom in each bedroom. My only little downgrade was that the Kitchen is a little small but well equipped and clean. Much recommended!

The place was great. The location was perfect to restaurants , shopping and beach. The host even picked us up at the airport when we arrived :-).

We had a simply perfect Easter day in this beautiful home. There were eight of us and we were very comfortable: the spaces are spacious, cared for and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation together. One of the most beautiful surprises was being able to see the horses up close: an experience that has made everything even more special, especially for those of us who love nature and animals. A special thank you goes to Marco, the host, who was extremely kind and helpful from the start. Even when we had some difficulty lighting the fire, he immediately made himself available to help us, with great patience and smile. We can't help but mention Marco's sweet mother, who was of a unique kindness, making us feel welcomed as family. Everything was perfect: the organization, the atmosphere, the hospitality. A day we will take to the heart and hope to repeat soon. Highly recommended!
