La Villa si trova a 30 metri dal mare, accessibile tramite ingresso privato, in un complesso residenziale, lontano dal caos e dalla confusione. La Villa è composta da due camere da letto, di cui una con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli, un salone con divano letto, una cucina in legno, un bagno ed un giardino esterno con portico in legno, dove troverete un angolo dotato di sdraio e divanetti per immergervi in un completo relax. Heaven is a Place on Earth

This villa has been built in the 50es on a cliff right above the sea, a walk to the closest beach, scissure, takes about 5 to 10min. It is composed by two separated houses. This one is only showing the JUNIOR house, the other listing I have in Gaeta, called 'Heaven on Earth', shows the SENIOR villa. Private parking with 2 car spots. Access to the sea is direct and quite steep, 300mts, the shore is rocky but accessible.
