It has no direct neighbors, so beautiful evenings are guaranteed in the securely fenced garden. Children and dogs can play in peace.

There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I can't rule out that the curious furry residents will visit you if you have the door open.

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
