This is a great location and a huge, spacious apartment that is spotlessly clean with comfortable furnishings. If Airbnb had a special category for truly outstanding hosts then Lorenzo would be a hands-down winner of the No. 1 slot. He has produced a brilliant guide book that is backed up by videos showing how to gain access to the apartment, how to use the lift etc. He is also happy to arrange taxis and uses a firm with friendly and reliable drivers. Communication with Lorenzo is a very strong point. When we did something very silly and needed assistance, Lorenzo appeared in person within minutes to sort out our problem. He’s more like a very professional concierge than an ordinary host and he made our stay run so smoothly. Grazie Mille, Lorenzo!

Elettra is a very kind person and Accurate. The location of the house is great for downtown and also for us who had to go to university. Highly recommended!

Stunning location, charming little house

We had a wonderful stay at Erica's little oasis! We spend a lot of time travelling and stay in many AirBnbs and Erica's is the most thoughtful and personal place I've had the joy of staying in. She's an incredibly kind and generous host and we were so comfortable. We loved the little personal touches everywhere. I highly recommend !!

The place is small but has everything you need. Although it has beds for 3 people if I came back I would go alone or as a couple, 3 adults do not. The accommodation is in a curious neighborhood of the city, you see many immigrants (not that is bad but you have to take it into account already). Also take into account that there is quite an inclination to go up from the metro station to the accommodation. The internet is quite slow, said the host who is soon to be exchanged for fiber optic.

Our stay at Giuseppe's was fantastic! The apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable for 8 people. It is well located with public transport ( bus and metro). Our host has always been very reactive to respond to us very quickly. I would recommned this property.

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Ciorlano is a very charming village! The apartment is a bit dark in the kitchen/living room, but the location, service and hospitality of Giovanni and locals more than makes up for it

Recently renovated apartment. New and functional furniture. The apartment is perfect for two couples who want to share a stay, due to the arrangement of the bedrooms to the antipodes and the centrality of the common spaces. The area is convenient, 10 minutes from the station and metro. Paola was a kind, proactive, and responsive host. I recommend it.

My daughter and our dog were guests in the accommodation, we had a great time, a super clean house, accurate with everything you need, I really appreciated the whirlpool oven with the crispy that I often use at home, the sea is a 5-minute walk away... in short, everything is top! Highly recommended!

It was a fantastic week in the fantastic apartment in the heart of Sperlonga. Everything was so clean and nice place. At first glance I was surprised how great and thoughtful everything was. The air conditioning was so great and necessary during the hot days. I would definitely recommend staying there and I hope to comeback again.

Luigi's apartment is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes from the train station, in a strategic position to visit the city's historic center and the Sanità district. The apartment is cozy and clean. Luigi was always responsive in his communications and available to allow us to leave luggage after the checkout time. I recommend thisapartment and recommend Luigi.

Clean, tidy , quiet apartment despite being a stone's throw from the streets of downtown. Equipped with two TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunches/dinners to eat in the delicious and intimate outdoor garden. Antonio is a very helpful person for any advice. We had a great time. The apartment was pristine and easy to find. Lello allowed us to check in a few hours early which we appreciated. Everything is just like the photos! Definitely spacious. Everything is well designed for comfort. Having two bathrooms with amazing water pressure was also great! Close to the train station and the Alibus!

The place is clean and comfortable, right next to the train station. Luigi is very kind and responsive, checked in with us regularly and provided us with helpful information.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very well located geographically, very well equipped with all the comforts and shops at the foot of the building.
