Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Spittal an der Drau District

Highly recommended accommodation with fantastic views of the mountains from the kitchen-living room. Perfect for a ski holiday - good connection with a ski bus stop nearby. Very friendly and easy-going hosts! :-)

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

We loved our stay here, as a family of 3, for a long weekend of skiing. The apartment is just the right size, with a breathtaking view. Close to the slopes and several restaurants. A huge bonus are the Spa + pool + kids pool at the Falkensteiner hotel that is connected to the building.

Top house was a nice stay

We had an awesome stay at this apartment during our ski trip! The place is not only perfect for winter but also seems ideal for summer. The two spacious rooms are well-organized, and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed for our cooking adventures. The large terrace with a wooden table and lounge area made for great relaxation, and it's family-friendly with lots of toys and baby equipment. Even though we didn't get to use the electric barbecue due to the cold weather, we're looking forward to trying it out next time. Having parking in the building was super convenient. We loved our time here and definitely plan on coming back!

We stayed with our 3 daughters between 13 &18 in the apartment for our ski holiday. Very nice apartment, everything available to make it a top holiday: well-equipped kitchen with oven, nice sitting area, spacious bedrooms with ditto bathroom and ski room for slats and shoes. Very quiet location too, with parking in front of the door. Close to the ski lift, very easy to start skiing smoothly in the morning. In the valley also possibility to charge EV, and shops for shopping.

We really liked the Lisi cabin! It is a really very nicely renovated and decorated old mountain hut. You immediately feel at home and it's all there you need. We were particularly pleased with the sauna after skiing. The slope is also only a 5-minute walk away. Simply wonderful!

Annette and Seppi are super friendly, responsive and very accommodating. The place is lovingly and stylishly furnished - there is everything you need here. We would like to highlight the wonderful area - a dream for hiking. Special thanks to the two hosts :). Thanks also to dear Tanja, for the excellent full body massage - and in the same building :) We couldn't have imagined a better honeymoon trip 💖

The apartment is as described, very harmoniously furnished. Just as a suggestion, a couple of beer glasses would have been nice. Gloria is a great hostess. She always responded immediately and made a great effort to fulfill our wishes. Thank you very much for that.
