Summer: water sports, cycle path, hiking. Winter: Goldeck in 10 minutes, Bad Kleinkirchheim and Katschberg in 30.

Unser Chalet am See (120 m²) hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer auf jeder Etage. Zudem befindet sich im OG eine Indoor-Sauna. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich im EG ist ebenfalls geräumig mit einem ausziehbaren Ecksofa, großen Esstisch und bequemen Stühlen. Es gibt eine südseitig ausgerichtete Terrasse. Das Chalet ist mit Altholzwänden verkleidet, welche für ein gemütliches Flair sorgen. Es stehen zwei private Parkplätze direkt beim Chalet zur Verfügung.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Private studio 'ATTIC' for 4-5 people

Our 'ATTIC' studio on the top floor offers you the privacy of your own apartment, as well as a breathtaking view of the mountains and our natural swimming pond in the garden. From the entrance area with a cloakroom, you can access the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, the living room with a TV, and two bedrooms. This apartment is the only one equipped with a bathtub AND a shower, as well as a washing machine. Towels and a hair dryer are also available.
