Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Unwind with the family in this peaceful place. Our 3rd apartment is about 40 m² and we built it to be accessible to the disabled. ! It is not until late summer 2024 that access via the garden will probably be completely wheelchair accessible. The apartment is lovingly decorated; it has an almost complete deep window front to the sunny side, which makes the room completely flooded with light and the view of the greenery, the garden and the mountains is unique. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Quaint hut on the alpine pasture

Relax, unwind, enjoy, experience nature, play, hike and unwind. In the middle of the beautiful Mölltal mountains high up, at 1600 m above sea level, lies the cozy log cabin. A self-catering cabin with a rustic stove, well-equipped kitchen and running water. Grazing cows and a nearby stream make the mountain idyll perfect. The fantastic views, the tranquility, the wide valley, the nearby mountain peaks - up here you are a little closer to heaven.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
