Coolest spot! Next to great breakfast spots within walking distance, and the modular living space was awesome! Loved our stay!

Lana’s place was very private and cozy. 3 good size bedrooms and comfortable mattresses. Nice location too. Lana was very responsive and helpful with instructions.

Was really nice view to the city really modern also.

The only thing I was greatly disappointed about was that I couldn't stay at Kaylene's place longer and had to get back to my family. This airbnb is so beautiful and really quite perfectly laid out. The bed was super comfy (great pillows is a must and she delivered)! The little balcony was so charming and I felt like I was in my own private urban treehouse looking out over the city lights. Anyone with sleep sensitivity you might hear the train roll by which didn't bother me at all, but might for others. There is a gym in the building and walkability is 10/10 as you are less than a block from some great coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, etc.

Easiest check-in and out I’ve dealt with. Loved our stay, close to the Falls, food, and breweries! Would very much recommend.

We had a great time at Scott's Airbnb. It was very close to downtown and the unit was very secure. We would stay here again.

This condo was in an amazing location along the Spokane River. We took long walks and enjoyed the view in both directions. Downtown Coeur d'Alene is charming. We took the lake cruise and it was breathtaking. The condo also has a balcony with seating and a bbq. The kitchen was well stocked so we could prepare meals. Parking is secure. This is a real value stay. We were only two, but a family could stay here and enjoy the walks and all the parks so close by. Highly recommend!

I was traveling with co-workers for training. This was perfect, the location was about one mile from our office. Instructions were sent on where to park, which was right under our apartment on the second floor. I was sent a code prior to are arrival to get into the apartment. The rooms looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean and in place. I slept in the main bedroom and it was very comfortable, this had a queen bed. One of the other rooms had a full bed and the other two twins. My co-workers slept great with no complaints. Hotel size shampoo, conditioners, and lotions were provided. I saved over half of what I would have paid for three hotel rooms. Great savings, great location, over all a great place to stay!

A great stay at a beautiful location! The condo was just perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath definitely come in handy. It's located directly across from the clubhouse which made things very easy for us. We enjoyed the grounds and all the activities offered. Just perfect in all areas. Thank you!

Our family had a great time staying here, we made so many wonderful memories! Easy access to CDA resort via boat or Uber $25 to get into town if you don’t want to drive. The house is absolutely gorgeous the views from the rooms are incredible especially at night.

This was arguably the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We frequently rent through Airbnb for our retreats and I was blown away by how clean it was. I also deeply appreciated her flexibility with check in! She allowed us to check in early! LOVED how beautiful this home was & especially loved the fireplace! We will be back!

Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

The host was great and so was the house. Any questions I had Kim responded to right away. The house is in a nice spot and the lake access is a great bonus. It’s amazing that grocery stores and restaurants are right up the road because you feel so secluded. The house is definitely an older home but it has been updated sufficiently, but you will still see some aspects of the older house (which isn’t a bad thing). I pretty much only used upstairs except one night I had a family member stay downstairs and another Ac unit could probably be used down there. I suppose this would only be relevant during the hot hot months though. Last but certainly not least. Easiest checkout instructions I’ve had with a rental. This hose doesn’t ask a lot of you which is nice. I’ve had some where they expect alot

Kayloni’s house was great for a large group. We came for my daughter’s graduation from WSU Nursing program. The house comfortably slept her Aunt, Uncles, Grandparents and cousins and the living room was large enough for us to have an impromptu line dancing night.

Nicely remodeled kitchen and baths. Really liked the craftsman woodwork. Although we didn't use the outdoor kitchen, it was a bonus.

This place was quiet & private. Although we didn't spend too much time here (mostly at work) it was nice to have somewhere to go to that was not a hotel after a long day. Nice fenced in yard for our pup who also seemed to enjoy the stay. We thought $20 per night for a pet was a little bit expensive, especially considering she hardly was there & doesn't shed like other dogs. Overall it was a nice, clean, well furnished & quiet place.

We enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. The location is convenient as it’s just a 5 minute drive to downtown and it’s close to many grocery stores and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable (yes, I tried all of them for at least 2 minutes). I stayed here with adult friends, but as a father, I think the full sized bunk beds (with a third one that pulls out) are great for the little ones. As a bidet advocate, I felt right at home with the Tushy attachment in the upstairs bathroom. Lastly, the lion fish kept us company while we watched episodes of South Park. Chris and Briana were very responsive and welcoming! I’d gladly stay here again and recommend to friends!
