Excellent house with an excellent host! By far the most attentive host and the house is stocked to the gills with everything you could possibly need. The house is super cool!!

This is our second time staying at Ashley's place, and it was great, yet again! It felt very homey, and the games were great for the kids. My husband and I appreciated the fact that she let us check-in early (we had arrived earlier than anticipated), and we were able to grab some groceries and get settled in at a decent time. That was extremely helpful and we are so grateful! Everything was nice and clean! As usual, she was very responsive. We had a great time at the place while we were in town visiting family! Will most likely be staying again later in the year!

Barbara was the nicest person we have ever met. We came to town to help out our kids as they were expecting the birth of their third child. Barbara even had a customized gift basket ready with newborn diapers thrown in. We went to watch our two small grandchildren every day, and coming back here was a welcome reprieve. It was warm and cozy, even though it was bitterly cold outside. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds super comfy, and my husband would love to put the recliner in our trunk to take home. Beautiful area with LOTS to do. We will stay here every time we come to town . Thank you, Barbara.

If you want a place that feels like home this, is it. Beautiful inside & out. Has everything you would need just bring your clothes. The Host is wonderful & caring - if you need anything she is there for you.

It felt like home, everything about the home was really beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. All in all the great was stay. Owner was very responsive.

We were in town for a funeral as a family of 4. Patrick was very kind to set up air mattresses for both of my boys. All the amenities were provided for a most comfortable and easy stay. Would recommend 100%. Our family is from this area, it is nice to see a historical site beautifully renovated into something for people to enjoy. Located in a walkable cute square with cute shops.

This place punches way above its weight class in terms of accommodations in Pocahontas AR. You’ll feel like you’re staying at a luxury resort in Europe with the attention to details and features of the room. Not only that, a good amount of research has gone into the history of the building, enhancing the experience and giving a beautiful story to tell your friends and family afterwards. Will definitely be staying again.

We had a great stay! It was nice to have a clean and modern home away from home. Alexis was responsive and gave us contact info for us to get in touch in the event an issue needed to be addressed (which didn’t). The place was quiet and the location convenient. Perfect little spot for me and my wife to stay while visiting the area. I’d highly recommend any of their properties for your future trips. We look forward to staying with them in the future! Wonderful upstairs apartment in downtown Mammoth Spring. Tastefully decorated spot in renovated historic building. Loved the huge portrait of an early 1900s Mammoth Spring Main Street. Enjoyed my stay and appreciate such amazing hosts.

We had a last minute change in our accommodation prior to contacting King Rhodes. They were very helpful and quick to respond especially considering it was a holiday! Beautiful location, very clean and spacious units! I will definitely be looking to book here again and share my experience with friends and family!
