Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

It is a newly renovated studio with lots of light. The studio is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.
