Monthly Rentals in Springfield

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Phil and Vickie were perfect! We were in the area for surgery for me, we needed a pet friendly place and close to the hospital and found this all at their place! They were so good yo m wife while I was in the hospital, checking in to see if she had everything she needed and even helped me pack our vehicle when we left! Definitely recommend staying with them if you need a place in the Madison, WI area! Thanks Phil and Vickie!

My cousin and I are travelers in the medical field and we stayed here for more than half our contract. The location was perfect. Very close to the hospital and had lots of restaurants and shopping areas near by! Any time I contacted Remotely they responded within the hour. Also, I really can’t say enough about their maintenance guy, Alex. He is simply the best. Anytime we had anything happen he was in contact with us and had it fixed in no time. Great personality and great guy all around!

I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is clean and has an excellent location (walking distance to the city center and the university campus). The kitchen has a lot of high quality equipment, which makes it pleasant to cook here. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the apartment is not great. This is not really an issue as it is a quiet neighborhood, but on two nights a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) a garbage truck collects the trash from right below the window at 3:30 am. Apart from that, my stay was exceptional.
