Charming Private Tiny House 30 mi To Disney Parks

Enjoy the peace and privacy of having the entire "Tiny House" to yourself, complete with a private entrance and fully separate from the main residence. There are two beds. A king-size bed, and twin sleeper chair. Can sleep up to 3 guests. An additional young child may be accommodated if sleeping on king bed with 2 others. Ideally situated 35 minutes from the theme parks and 45 minutes from the beach. Please note due to serious allergies no service animals nor pets are permitted.

A spacious cottage studio - it's not 2 bedroom.. (2 beds means one King and one pull-out trundle loveseat) nestled in a garden with another across the courtyard. Large bathroom. Gated entrance, parking space outside the gate. Can accommodate a boat. We built this retreat for senior family members but they are unable to settle in St. Cloud yet. The current plan is to continue to provide a comfortable retreat for the community without the over charge. Pet-free.
