The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Kühberghof Lye Apartment

New two-room apartment (75 m²) on a typical South Tyrolean farm, in a quiet location at 950 m, with wonderful views of the Adige Valley. The farm runs a horse boarding house; it also houses a few sheep, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and cats. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house, independent, with fully equipped kitchen and including linens & towels. In front of the house is a trampoline and swings. Minimum 3 nights.

The 60 m² apartment for up to 6 people has a spacious kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower and 2 bedrooms. The beds in the bedrooms are made of pine wood. Amenities: bed linens, towels, dish towels, cutlery, dishes, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, satellite TV. Playground for children available. A sunbathing area with sun loungers, tables, benches and a grill are at your disposal.
