Das hauseigene Fitness steht zur Mitnutzung zur Verfügung. Im Winter ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten an der Talstation des Skigebiets, im Sommer in 10 Minuten am See.

We offer the unique opportunity to spend an apartment in a historic building and the associated park. The entire house and the apartment we offered was completely remodeled in 2019. The cozy attic apartment on the 2nd floor also has its own garden patio and the shared use of the swimming pool and garden.
