Sustainable Living on 1st Floor, Free Parking!

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Idealer Ausgangspunkt in der Altstadt für Alleinreisende, Freunde und Familie. Historisch, einzigartig, idyllisch und doch irgendwie wild gelegen an der Mülenenschlucht direkt beim UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Stiftsbezirk St.Gallen. Wo heute kaum ein Neubau mehr denkbar wäre, wurde dieses Gebäude vor fast 200 Jahren ursprünglich als Appretur (Textilveredelung) erbaut. We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).

Original newly furnished 2.5-room apartment with balcony. It is perfectly located. Right next to the children's hospital, very good public transport connection. The Olma fair is within walking distance, shops and various restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The old town can be reached in about 5 minutes by bus. An ideal place for business people, trade fair and hospital visitors or for holiday stays.

The middle station of the Flumserberg cable car is only 800 meters away and is within walking distance. The kitchen also has a Nespresso machine, microwave and dishwasher.

Vacation home small but nice

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
