My place is in a beachfront residence. It is 3 km from the airport, 2 km from the Cap 3000 shopping center, close to the racecourse, the Riviéra polygon, the first ski resort 1 hour away. Close to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes Juan-les-Pins, Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The glass factory of biot. bus stop at the bottom of the street and the sncf station 1 km away, restaurants, the beach. My place is perfect for couples, solo travellers, and business trips. All shops as well as a pharmacy

Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.
