Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

Newly renovated studio with a private sunny terrace located in the Antiques district close to the Port of Nice. The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

My accommodation is close to Monaco (with all its great restaurants and attractions, five minutes walk from the Stadium) and the beautiful beaches of Cap d'Ail, with a lot of family-friendly activities such as gorgeous walks by the sea, sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding.
