Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in St-Laurent-du-Var

Excellent week spent in Roquefort les Pins. Benjamin and his wife were very welcoming and agile despite a late arrival from us. Their children were also very friendly with our daughter, including wild trampolines! The house has everything you need and there are plenty of activities in the garden. Special mention to the pétanque court where we were able to fight in many parts of Molky! The location of the house is at the top, we were able to take walks or a 5 min drive in the Sinodon Natural Park. The center of the village is 15 minutes walk or just 2 minutes by car with all the necessary amenities. As for the mother, the first beaches are just 20 minutes away so very accessible too. In short, a very nice location with a very welcoming family! Thanks for this week!

Clean house with new furniture and fixtures, equipped with all utensils, wifi and more. Didier is a very friendly person and was always responsive to messages. Too bad the garden is a bit neglected, with a little care the accommodation would really become a little gem. Be careful if you have a long car (SUV or station wagon or in any case longer than about 4.40 meters) because the parking is a bit tight and requires some maneuvering to get in/out. It might be a problem to have room to maneuver if the parking lot is full.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

Dominique’s place is special. The view is spectacular as you are on top of a hill in Nice but in a residential area and still within a couple of kilometres from city center. The drive up there is quite a thrilling one and makes it that much more special. The pool and the pool area are the highlight even though it was too cold for us to use the pool. There is a quality table tennis table so if you have nice racquets bring them along to play. You also have everything you need including a gas grill and hammock and microwave etc. Food delivery options are also aplenty given how close it is to Nice. The house itself, while old, is spacious and has everything you would need. The warm water takes a while but the house on multiple levels feels very spacious. The plot is truly massive and is pet friendly and feels very safe. If you are looking for a quiet place and lots of space, a pool, and spectacular views of the ocean close to Nice, it is hard to beat and the host is fabulous too!

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

We loved our stay in Pascals rooftop apartment. It was at the top of 100 steps but it was so worth the climb. Very light and airy and a fabulous balcony where we ate breakfast. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet over night and so close to the beach and many shops, the daily market and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Fabio's apartment from April 17 to 22. When we arrived there was the co-host Cyril who was very kind and available as also the other co-host Laure who gave us several information to help us better discover and appreciate Antibes. We had a great time together! The apartment is as in the description and in the photos: clean, tidy and very bright. There's a great view! It's easy to walk to the beaches of Juan le Pins in about 5 minutes and there is an Intermarché very close by. In addition, it is the ideal place for those who like us have children because there are very close play areas. Very recommended accommodation. We'll be happy to go back!

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Very well located and clean accommodation. Supermarket, restaurants, tram, everything is close by. Also, the view from the terrace is very pretty, I recommend it!

This studio facing the sea is a jewel, very well-equipped and cozy, Wendy made sure we lacked nothing! I would recommend it without hesitation!

We stayed at Eva's place to enjoy the three-day Easter weekend. Unfortunately, we weren't able to meet Eva on Friday night because we arrived late because of traffic jams. In any case, we were very satisfied with the accommodation offered (decoration, equipment) and the location (we had the car). I thank Eva for her message availability and address recommendations. We keep this address for a possible stay in Nice in summer to enjoy the pool and terrace.

We had a great time at Amria's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the beach or even old Antibes. Amria is an available, responsive host with good advice. I highly recommend staying at Amria's place for a stay in Antibes.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.

I had a wonderful stay at Marco's place ! From the seamless check-in to the warm welcome, everything was perfect. The property is stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The kitchen had all I needed, and the pool room was perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet. I can't recommend this place enough ! If you're looking for a perfect getaway with a fantastic host, this is it. Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment. We had a very nice stay in the appartment of Susanna. Very nice location close to everything, safe private parking, nice appartment with great view… we recommend :)
